Alison Schechter's success in real
estate brokerage is based on more than twenty years experience in local real estate
sales. She founded Landmark Properties ten years ago and merged with Hammond Residential
in early 1996. Her name is synonymous with real estate brokerage in Wellesley
and its neighboring surburban communities. A recognized figure both locally and
nationally, Alison has served on Prudential's National Advisory Council, has been
active regionally with the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, and has written extensively
